AN UNKNOWN WORLD
Ever since I was a little boy I dreamed about travelling overseas. New cultures, new languages have always fascinated me. Few days ago my dream finally came true. I got a chance to travel France, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Austria & Russia.
The Eiffel Tower & the Arc de Triomphe are located in the heart of Paris, France. The first word I heard after coming in this country was ‘Bonfour’ means hello in French.
Our next destination was Germany. After visiting the school & families it was astonishing to watch their culture. One can say that the Germans are the most polite people to talk to. Seeing Kolner Dom, Triberg water fall, cuckoo clock, BMW Museum all in Germany completely blew my mind. I visited a place in Berlin named Checkpoint Charlie where I was informed how Berlin was divided by a wall into East Berlin & West Berlin from 1947 to 1991 by a wall. This wall is best known as a Berlin Wall.
There is only one word to describe Holland & Switzerland, and that is ‘beautiful’. In Holland the visit to the Tulip Garden was breath taking. It had approximately 7 million flowers. It felt like walking through heaven. Rheine Fall, located in Switzerland felt like walking through clouds.
Our next visit was at Pfander mountain. Due to foggy weather my excitement to see the Alps was crushed. Cold breeze dropped the temp. to 20C. The land of 7 sisters, a group of seven skyscrapers in Moscow, Russia . St. Basil’s Cathedral, Alexander Park, Red Square, Cremlin, Cosmos Space Museum were the historical places we visited in Moscow. Our tour to Russia ended with Raddison river cruise.
It was an end to these 6 wonderful foreign lands and finally returning to our home country.
Cleanliness, Discipline from this unknown world is worth striving in my own mother land.
